Los Al Fury joins Arsenal FC

In 2011, several top level clubs approached Coach Joe and Fury offering spots with their clubs.  However, with the future looking bright for Fury, it was not the time for us to change clubs.
In early 2012, after another successful season, again we were approached by more top level clubs in Southern California.  It was at this point, Coach Joe felt that our girls were ready to make the transition to a larger club in order to provide more opportunities for the team to progress at their level of competition.  Although the choices were many, the answer was easy and clear.
Therefore, in May 2012, Fury decided to join the best club in Southern California and looks forward to representing Arsenal FC in the 2012/2013 season.

Great Showing for Fury! Final Four of National Cup!

Fury makes the Final Four in National Cup!
After playing in very wet and windy conditions, Fury's participation ended with National Cup in the Semi-Final game against the Champions of the tournament.  After losing 0-2 during the Semi-Finals, it was the only game where Fury was scored on.  Allowing only 2 goals against them throughout the entire tournament, the girls have much to be proud of.  They defeated many teams to get to the Final Four and have once again, proven that Fury one of the best teams in the state.
Congrats!!!

Fury Makes Semi's in National Cup

Los Al Fury G12 has just made it to the Semi Finals of Cal South's NATIONAL CUP.  Champions in the US Youth Soccer Cal South National Championship Series Championships will represent Cal South in the US Youth Soccer Region IV National Championship Series Far West Regionals.  National Cup is comprised of Top Club Teams (Gold, Tier 1, Premier) from Southern California participating in Coast Soccer League (CSL), Southern California Developmental League (SCDSL) and the Presidio Leagues.  The girls of Fury just came back from Lancaster playing 2 very tough teams in the Round of 16 and Quarter-Final Games.  On Saturday, they defeated San Diego United FC 2-0 in the Sweet 16 Round, and yesterday they defeated West Coast FC 2-0,  who were recently named Southern California Developmental League's (SCDSL) Tier 1 Champions.  What's more impressive is that the girls of Fury have held a shut-out throughout this very competitive tournament.

Semi-Final Games of National Cup will be held this Saturday in San Juan Capistrano.  Fury is comprised of players from Long Beach, Los Alamitos & the surrounding areas and are coached by Joe Ojeda.  For more information on Los Al Fury, please e-mail Furylosal@yahoo.com

Mustang Girls Stampede Finalists!

Fury made an impressive debut in their first travel tournament to Northern California.  Fury defeated many Northern California teams to eventually meet thier match in the Championship.
Fury played 6 games over the August 5th weekend and fell short from winning it all in a 1-2 battle with Arsenal.  Although heartbreaking, the girls are proud of their accomplishments over the weekend and look forward to playing in the tournament next year.
Congrats Fury!
